Additionally, she consults and teaches mental health professionals nationwide in clinical and organisational capacities.
Main Areas of Practice

She works with people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, emotionally distressed, or impacted by past experiences - particularly when challenges feel complex, long-standing, or hard to put into words. Brittany is known for combining warmth and genuine care with a strong scientific foundation, helping clients feel both understood and confident they are receiving high-quality, evidence-based care.
Brittany places strong emphasis on the therapeutic relationship, believing that early relational experiences shape how we think, feel, and respond to the world. She helps clients make sense of the gap between what they logically know and what they emotionally feel, supporting meaningful and lasting change rather than short-term symptom relief.
Her work is informed by contemporary psychological research, neuroscience, and trauma-informed practice, blending psychological science, clinical medicine, and innovative therapeutic approaches to support recovery and improved quality of life.
Brittany is passionate about helping people move beyond survival toward a life that feels more connected, regulated, and meaningful.
Brittany welcomes clients who feel unsure about therapy or who have had unhelpful experiences in the past.
